This stroller is amazing! I guess I am just impressed by seeming durability, navigatability (is that even a word?!), and how easily you can go over corners, sticks, uneven sidewalks, etc. and never get caught up or worry about the stroller tipping. I always walk with my 16 mo. old and my 80 lb. pushy black lab (and it is easy to handle him and the BOB …… esp. compared to my previous strollers). I have not yet used the rain screen which we ordered as an add-on.

The sun shield works and seems to block out the sun but it does seem to trap in heat. I take my daughter in the early morning and it’s fine but when it’s hot outside in the afternoon I have to leave the sides open so she can get a breeze. I would not use it in really hot temps because it just traps in too much heat.

Not that great by Jennifer
I bought this for my little one when she was about 3 months old to help encourage her during tummy time. I wasn’t at all impressed with it after I had gotten it out of the packaging. The thing always falls over and the pull string that makes the music start and the mouse go around are difficult to pull, particularly for little hands. Now I’ve attached it to the side of the crib and she seems to like it better. Definitely not worth the money.

We lost this toy in a tornado and here I am to buy a replacement! We got this as a gift and I didn’t think much of it, but put it in the crib anyway. Well, once my baby figured out how to pull the handle herself at about age 9 or 10 months, she LOVED it. Keeps her in the crib for a few quiet minutes after naptime. Now at age 15 months, she pulls the lever to make me sing the songs to her. Love it!

As previous parents mentioned, this toy was not a big hit during tummy time; my son ignored it when he was really small. I then attached it to his crib figuring at least it looked cute. Then, once he got to be about 5 months old and strong enough to pull the cord, he loved it! He still plays with it all the time and he’s a year old now. He loves it when my husband and I try to sing along with the songs.

I bought this to encourage more tummy time but my 4 month old doesn’t care much for it. It doesn’t stand up well and the handle to start the mouse moving is very hard to pull for a baby.

I really liked the idea of having a backpack diaper bag to keep my hands free. And I was looking for something sizable as we are expecting a second child soon. I am enjoying using the bag for our todder, but I don’t know that I’ll be able to fit two kids worth of gear in.

There are several features I really like on this product, though. Mesh pockets on either side make it convenient to carry drinks for me and my son. The two small front pockets are perfect for my stuff and things I need to access quickly. And while some product brag about the insulated pockets, I found I rarely used them and that they made the bags too bulky - so I liked that this bag didn’t have that. The zip out diaper pocket is a great idea, except that I never seem to end up zipping it out, I am able to grab what I need just fine.

The only thing I don’t really like is that I tend to lose things in the main compartment. It is a bit hard to get to at the bottom. If I am good and remember what is in there, I am ok, but it is easy to forget and find an old sippy cup or trash from a snack a few days later.

The proportions of this backpack are really poor– way too small outer case size,too short straps. Was this made for a teen/.child?

The fabric on bag looks a lot better in real life than it does on the screen - fabric is a perky spring green (not too bright or day-glo, though definitely not subdued) and has a sheen. Interior is a grey-ish white throughout so you don’t have to deal with “black hole” syndrome. One large slip pocket & 2 mesh bottle pockets in main compartment, really nice simple changing pad compartment, mommy compartment big enough for wallet, keys, and accessory bags, and a smaller organizational department for things like iPods, cell phones, cameras etc.. Overall, the organization is just right, you aren’t overwhelmed with random pockets everywhere but on the other hand you have a place for everything you might want to put in this bag. My one issue is sewing. When I got the bag there was a loose thread on the side and some of the seam had already snagged, after only 10 minutes of use. After a 2 hour museum outing, the mesh pocket on the side tore and the fabric on the front tore as well (this was a quiet trip to a museum, not a rock climbing trip!). The zippers aren’t as smooth as my Eagle Creek backpack. I would say that the organization is nice but SkipHop probably should send someone to the factory in China for additional quality control measures. Fortunately Amazon accepts returns on faulty products, but I’m not sure I’ll be getting another one in the near future.
